From my first contact with Darcy regarding a Twin Home Condo he had listed, he was not only very helpful, but continuously communicated with us until we were able to look at the property. We eventually made an offer, which was accepted. We then moved on to listing our home, which we soon had 2 offers within a few days. Darcy walked us through the process after a home inspection revealed some corrections that had to be made on our old home. The home we purchased and the home we sold have both been closed and we are all moved into the new home. Darcy has since been in touch with myself and my wife just following up to make sure we had no issues to report. We feel that we have established a friendship with Darcy. What a professional and an all around great person he is!

Darcy and Kathy were great to work with! We were long distance sellers and among other things, they checked the thermostat when the weather got cold quickly and managed last minute in-person necessities for us which was helpful. We appreciated their professionalism, market knowledge and responsiveness. Being a productive real estate agent myself, I was impressed!
