Lincoln is a fast growing community just outside of Bismarck, approximately 5 miles southeast. The population in 2020 was 3,885, making Lincoln the perfect small, quiet town to live. Lincoln is home of the popular “Tumbleweed Bar & Steakhouse” and “DJ’s Tavern”. They also have the BEST fireworks display every 4th of July, courtesy of its residents! Lincoln was established in 1972, first being called Fort Lincoln Estates. 24 homes were constructed by 1973. For decades, Lincoln consisted mostly of middle-class, single-family homes. By the 2010’s, Lincoln grew to include condos, apartment buildings, businesses and an elementary school.
